• Prophecy on 22nd May 2011

The Lord brought to us a challenging prophecy through Deanne the last Sunday. It is for us as a church and let’s give a ear to what the voice of the Lord has to say to us.

From the story of Samuel and Eli.

I was reminded of this as when its says “Speak and your servant will listen” I asked the Lord what are you saying today. And he said, “even though there are angels worshipping me, I stoop down to hear you worship me. And today I call out each one’s name individually”.

To some he would say “I have forgotten how you sound since it has been a long time since you have come to me. Will you spend quality time just with me?

To some he would say that he is coming soon and that the harvest is ready and the workers are few. Would you become one of those workers?

To some he would say that there are people dying daily, who will be the ones to stand in the gap and cry out to him for the nation?

To some he would say, I have given you so much of gifts and talents. . . are you using it for my kingdom? I will come back and ask you an account for it like the master in the parable of the talents.

Next, to some he would ask, “Are you spending time worshipping me and raising me because I am looking out for worshippers who will worship me in spirit and in truth. Not just in front of others.

To some he would say I gave my only son to set you free from my sins. Are you willing to offer your bodies and yourselves as a living sacrifice pleasing to God?

To some he would say do you still need some more time to live your life and enjoy it the way you like or would you like to stand up and take that step of obedience and turn away from your ways of sin and death. Ask for forgiveness and walk in the light – set free from every bit of darkness because I  am a holy God and hate sin but loves sinners.

To some he would say “You want to hear my voice but are not able to do so. I am going to speak to you in the depths of your heart.”

Tree of Life church believes in the move of the Holy Spirit we encourage all our members to prophesy, bring words of knowledge, tongues and more to our meetings. We encourage you to join us on a Sunday to be blessed by the Lord and enjoy a wonderful time of fellowship!
